How much does it cost?
The price depends on the structure, the duration, the distance and the date. We produce a free, no-obligation quote with a firm price — not a range that grows on the day. A call or the quote form is all it takes.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, always. We deliver, assemble, anchor, test and explain the rules. At the end we dismantle and take everything away. Nothing for you to carry or clean.
How much space do I need in my garden?
The footprint of the castle plus roughly a metre of clear margin all round, with no low branches overhead. Easiest option: send us a photo of the spot and rough measurements, and we will tell you which structure works.
Do I need electricity?
Yes. The blower has to stay plugged into an ordinary 230 V socket the whole time. An extension lead is fine if the socket is a little far — tell us and we will bring what is needed.
Can it go on gravel or concrete?
Yes, with the right anchoring and a protective ground sheet. Just tell us what the surface is when you ask for a quote — it changes how we secure the structure.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible for spring and summer Saturdays, which go quickly. That said, call even at the last minute: there is often still a structure free.
What if it rains on the day?
A shower is not a problem on a covered structure. Wind, on the other hand, sometimes means clearing and deflating. Call us as soon as the forecast worries you: new date, replacement or an indoor solution — we will find something.
Do you travel outside Estavayer?
Yes. We cover the Fribourg and Vaud parts of the Broye, and go further depending on the date and availability. Ask — the answer is usually yes.
Can I hire just the popcorn machine?
Of course. The popcorn, granita and candy floss machines can be hired on their own or alongside a bouncy castle.
Do you issue invoices for companies or associations?
Yes, a proper invoice with all the required details. Just mention it in your quote request.
