Safety

Safety and proper use

A bouncy castle is play equipment, not a toy. Here is what we do — and what we ask of you.

What we take care of

  • Inspection of the structure before every hire
  • Cleaning and disinfection after every use
  • Assembly and anchoring suited to the ground
  • Testing the blower and checking the pressure before we leave
  • Explaining the rules in person to the responsible adult

What we ask of you

  • Continuous supervision by an adult, for the whole time it is in use
  • No shoes, no rigid glasses, no sharp objects on the structure
  • Keep older and younger children apart: never a wide age gap at the same time
  • No food or drink inside the castle
  • Respect the maximum number of children given at delivery
  • Never unplug the blower while children are inside

What if the weather turns?

Wind is the real issue, far more than rain. Above a certain strength an inflatable must be cleared and deflated — we show you how at delivery, and we stay reachable. If you have to cancel because of weather, call us as early as you can: we always find something, a new date or an indoor structure.

Insurance and liability

The exact liability and insurance terms come with your quote and the hire contract. If you have a specific question before booking, ask it: we would rather answer beforehand than afterwards.

Got a date in mind?

Tell us the day, the place and the age of the children. We come back with a clear proposal and a firm price.
